Section 8.6 limitation of liability clause.

Intellect was smart they are capped and it would be upheld by the appellate courts which have already ruled on this many times.They have it at what they received per the contract which by the way they are not liable for the counterclaim.Pfizers motion shall be denied without any doubt.

Now Pfizer on the other end has a problem cause ZERO want hold water.Just check the case history.

Bottom line Pfizer is on the hook for 2 million missed milestone payment,interest,legal fees for the breach and at least 4 million for damages imho.
