He certainly had the shareholders within his grasp, he could spin the BS all day long. But in the end he couldnt keep Pawson out of the picture who kept issuing himself shares and dumping them into the market. In 2009 the beneficial owners of this shell pillaged this thing as they did with multiple other shells, they all belonged to the same Wine club. So the shell was already dirty before Dennis and Pawson showed up with his business.
It was doomed from the get go, it was just accelerated with Pawson, the promoter and eventually Dennis not being able to spin the failures and the eventual lack of money.
