Pretty sad. Im not a big fan of MM with his wonderful posts of laughing and insulting at other people losing money but it seems he is the winner here. This guy just parties and seems to fit right in with the majority / average CEO down here in pinky hell. Court ruling looks like it will never come to a conclusion as it keeps just getting pushed back further and further. I can understand celebrating after the case has been won but im not seeing anything even close to that. Only thing im seeing is the board slowly turning on itself because everyone that invested here is losing faith. I personally started losing faith when SF said he would communicate in code or something weird like that to HW after he quit the board. No offense, but thats just strange to put it nicely. This is what I think and would be extremely grateful if proven wrong. So now its December...
