A reverse stock split i think is goiing to happen if beufort sell all their shares.

if beaufort buy at .03 or .019 they bought at a 80% discount that what i understand of that s-1. So the pps was .0038 at .0190 so they have room to sell for profit at the current pps.

So far 40m shares dumped.
