Now wait a minute, you have me somewhat confused here. First you said:

I'd don't think they would have bought back $32 million of shares if they weren't confident of Levo.

Now you say:

they didn't buyback 32 million shares

But then you go on to say

They spent $32 million for buying back shares.

It seems clear now that they did NOT buy back 32 million shares. My only remaining confusion is how do you spend $32 million dollars to buy back shares? Who do you give the money to? Why would you give them money when you really were not buying back shares? Can you please clear this up?
