ASYI still here? Just checking in after a long hiatus. See the same old "good samaritans" still here protecting future investors eh victims. And I really thought there were no more honest people in the world.
A friend told me this could only go one of two ways.... One way, ASYI being delisted and the ticker expelled, and the other with a company restructering accompanied by a reverse split large enough to ensure control for the current owners. With the current float being anybodys guess and the numerous posters discouraging any buying, one has to wonder. Why all the volume during those periods this year? Don't tell me swapping of shares, bagholders getting out, blah, blah, blah. Waaay to much volume for either of those scenerios IMO. The friend also told me to watch for the latter to occur as the SEC seems to be delaying taking any final action. It is likely the SEC has already made contact with representatives of ASYI and as we know, certain representatives are involved with other publicly traded companies and are easily accessible to the SEC. I am sure some will say there is know one left to contact, company has been dead for years, blah, blah, blah.
The SEC has only recently addressed the status of ASYI, so one way or another we are finally going to find out what is going on with ASYI if anything at all. Seems likely the company may have used its MM to re-accumulate shares that were flooded into the market several years ago. That would explain the insane volume this past year. Don't believe it would be completely legal, but then again, what is legal here in Pinky Land? Well as they say, wash, rinse, repeat. We will soon see if that holds true...
