A report featuring ECOB that is still yet to be found or posted anywhere. I have had an e-mail into our buddy Dallin at WWPI since yesterday and guess what? No answer!!!! Also, operator says his number is not functioning at this time, so he seems to be MIA, conveniently.

If the right steps weren't taken by the right people, in the scientific process, the conclusion has no merit. So, why not stop the games and post the report (not a cut and paste hatchet job), so we can access the validity of the scientific method. Otherwise, it is all hearsay.
