My understanding from sources other than Tom is that the FDA was expected to take about 2 weeks to rubber-stamp the allergy kits he planned to market. It appears that it will be more in the 3 months range. Yeah FDA! :( I'm guessing that is the reason we haven't heard an update. Just the OK from the FDA doesn't mean he will succeed but I still appreciate the fact that he is trying to Phoenix - rise from the ashes.
