LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 24, 2014--

Nate's Foods Co, Inc. (OTC: CRRA) announced that it has received approval today from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") for a change in the name of the Company effective September 25, 2014. As previously announced, the Company will formally change its corporate name to Nate's Food Co and trade under the ticker symbol of "NHMD". The name change will become effective at the start of trading tomorrow, September 25, 2014.

The new CUSIP number for the company's common stock is 63228Q106. Stockholders with certificated shares should continue to hold their existing stock certificates, and are not required to submit their stock certificates for exchange. Direct registration accounts and any new stock certificates that are issued after the name change becomes effective will bear the name "Nate's Food Co".
