They are going to dispense shares of HISP once the market for the stock has been established and it will be through Trident Merchant Group, INC. The spin-off company that will take over the advisory part of the company.

No shares of any advisory company stock will be distributed until there is a market for the common stock of that company, meaning when it is actually traded regularly. Paraphrasing from all the various PR's regarding the subject.
