Theres few issues with Worthingtons behavior that needs to be addressed by an investigation IMO

Worthington knew about the Berlin listing ,yet did not release a RNS with regards to it listing and the danger to investors pre that February 2013 run.

Why didnt Worthington release a news release when they knew about it?

Heres an example of a company that did ?

Even if you believe Berlin had nothing to do with the decline of the then OTCBB share price ,you have to ask the question why didn't Surety who read the IHUB page and has a director on the WGAS board inform the WGAS board that the company and it investors were in danger?

Secondly What has happened to the Assets bought by Worthington in the ADR deal?

There were numerous press releases etc so why havnt we had an update ?

and if we no longer own the assets then why wasnt that information released ?

Finally were a group paid to bash this stock by ASHER ,and if so could this be proven so as to ASSIST recent moves against ASHER /Kurt by the authorities.

Also were the board of Worthington aware of any payments being made for any stock manipulation services?

Those are the questions I got for the SEC and FINRA ,anyone got any more?
