So, basically what I understand here, is that there are NO corporate shells out there to be occupied that don't have scandal, litigation, and debt associated with them ? Seriously ??

What's the benefit for a "LTAS" to jump into a burning building?? Can't you get (or make) a CLEAN corporation?? Is it that difficult?

The lure of easy money has a very strong appeal..

Just seems weird to me.. bwtfdik.
