I think I read that Pennsion settlement for NSS (going on about the time I bought millions of SPNG stock) they let them off with a small fine and made them provide $183 million restituution fund for Victims losses. lawer and court cost add on to that. Then they coud declair bancrupt& sell remainder of Buss.
