Sure, whenever you have time Doc. It's really fascinating tech.. At this point, the only issue I see with multiple injections is whether or not it actually improves OS, and any definitive info on that would be a couple of years out (and 64 patients is a good size pop to rely on). Even if it's only a very, very low risk tx that stops tumors growing but adds no systemic effect, that's pretty great, as it will almost certainly result in increased OS.

But to hazard a prediction with very limited raw data, I'd say that in patients whose immune systems aren't too far gone, DCVax-Direct, especially in conjunction with L (some day these joint trials will most likely occur--they have to a small degree already in academia, and you only need a few grams of tumor), and especially with multiple injections, theoretically should have the capability to stop the progression of cancer, and potentially reverse it. I'm actually having trouble seeing how that won't occur, even if it is limited to a localized effect.

But I'm still scouring data on the main vehicle, which seems robust: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=106076677&txt2find=interferon

And here's something I got a lot out of reading: http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2011/jun/19/living-death-terminal-illness-cancer

I'd offer you advice, but I just don't care about your money, unless you give me money to care about your money. I might even be tricking you with the above post...
