That 45mil.block of shares belongs to MP WEST, the canadian rep. for the new French investors who probably don't want to be seen meddling in internal company affairs. Last i heard (about 6 months ago ) there were less than 2 mil shares in the hands of someone still intent on screwing around with the stock price like today.
