Starter on IDNG today while nobody wants it. 52wk low and no more convertible debt. A/S only 375M and according to the latest form 3's filed the CEO owns over 19M shares and insiders own over 60% of the O/S. Name change coming up soon. Accumalating 002's and under.

Independence Energy Corp. had 345,188,164 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding as of September 12, 2014.
