Our best hope IMO is that they/ the owners-management, will want to see the price go up enough so it's worth their while to convert some of their preferred shares to commons and sell (each preferred is worth 9 commons).

Beaufort will also want to sell the cheap shares they bought. There can't be any incentive for them to do that now with the price this low. Have we seen the low yet, who knows, looks like strong support holding now above .004 but PPS has been down every day recently.

We can only hope that the O/S is still low enough for a significant rise in PPS to happen, that they haven't released too many of those 10BIL A/S yet.

What will cause a rise other than a short squeeze and self-interest so the big money stops bid-sitting? Rumors of a buy-out would do it, maybe some real increase in revenue but looking at the filings, if they keep piling on this level of huge debt ($2.6 MIL/year based on quarterly debt figures of $650,000) it will have to be something BIG to sustain a steady increase in price.

They'll also need some major positive reviews to get this App really moving, and JIMHO their fb and other advertising looks kind of tacky, not surprising it's supposedly not attracting real women, looks more like it would attract call girls but what do I know, maybe it serves a specific niche for anon. hook-ups.

With price this low I feel stuck, no choice but to wait it out and hope that some rumors (borne out or not, price runs on rumor as we know) and general MOMO from the big players who want to cash out throw us a bone. Lousy that I'll be grateful just to break even at this point (at about .04, 10X where we are now!) while these guys get richer and richer no matter how much money and stock value the company loses

-- I'll never invest in anything with these guys' names on it again. Since their previous venture failed I'd hoped they learned some lessons but we seem to be headed the same way barring a miracle.
