I already posted it is a sector issue (see REMX fund). TAS, etc, often has good corrections every 3-4 months which have always been buying opportunities.
And this time in latter September is best buying opportunity since April 2013 in comparison. Very very oversold here.
And I was here @ TAS buying back in June 2014 using same strategy, and it paid off (see posts here for proof).
