What you need to know is that GPRE is paying only a portion of COE revenues royalties to GERS. They are also paying ICM royalties. This has substantially reduced GERS' revenue from the very profitable GPRE and why you cannot extrapolate from GPRE COE revenue to GERS. They are doing this as a hedge against ICM winning the law suit in order to prevent a shareholder suit against ICM for liability due to an adverse court decision.
