Recapitalizing the company is the only option we have now-that is,IF there is anything there actually worth doing,other than mining gold from shareholders pockets.
The hard cold reality *is we aren't going to be a ''150K mid tier producer'by next summer,or any summer despite what the glassy eyed rah rah boys 'anticipate' and never will be,this is a marginal low grade ore body of limited quantities that may not be economically viable under the best of circumstances and potential investors are going to evaluate whether there are better opportunities before taking on this white elephant
Of course,it goes without saying that even if the company was recapitalized,consolidation is a given....
