The only time you can buy an actual company with real earnings and not just interest is when there is no off balance sheet accounting ie. capital surplus ect.


This does not mean that in the future you may end up on the side line or have your interest loaned for a derivative interest of the company to raise additional capital for a new project or interest that the company may have going.


There has been cases where royalty has been paid even if there has been no trading of the issue.


Watch you broker statements closely should you have held on too companies that have been discontinued or you think this is the case but in reality often it is not.


Be patient this could take up too ten to twenty years depending on the size of the project. GM I'm giving fifteen years due to government intervention.
