PayChest Executes First Phase Cost Reduction of Flushaway(TM)

PayChest is pleased to announce the project initiation of a new polyethylene packaging wrap for Flushaway(TM) products.

The new polyethylene wrap will be provided as a packaging option for supermarkets and is similar to other comparable products on the market, while the traditional biodegradable cardboard boxes used previously with Flushaway(TM) will still be available where this is preferred.

Polyethylene wrap provides a significant cost advantage by increasing wholesale margins by at least 5%.

The Company is making other changes to the Flushaway(TM) product to increase margins, improve profitability and prepare for commercial production in early 2010.
