That fact that you do not even understand the function of FINRA probably means you shouldn't be playing in Micro Stocks. Finra regulates Broker Dealers and Broker Managers along with the employees of those firms. They are contracted by the NYSE, NASDAQ and other exchanges to provide oversight and due diligence, so to say they are less relevant is not accurate.
Further more they are notoriously difficult to work with and often have comments that make no sense but must be answered. I know this because I have had direct contact with them before through previous jobs i have held. Calling people out for not speaking or typing is childish, they may know more then you but it is very little what they know. If Finra approves the trading of USFF great we shall all see what is next for them if they don't then everyone needs to come to grips with the fact that they lost $$$ on an investment.
Those who complain everyday and post everyday are people who probably can't come to grips with losing money and therefore should have bought and annuity. If anyone did the proper due diligence on their own then they knew the high degree of risk that is associated with micro cap stocks, they also know the high degree of a return that can happen.
US Fuel has committed a lot of money towards getting relisted and I believe it is for a reason, hopefully that reason is that they have truly been working hard behind the scenes to make something happen. The US is in an energy renaissance right now as we are the largest producer or Nat. Gas in the world and soon to become the biggest oil producer. Companies are scrambling to get in on cracking and shale gas along with other technologies so it would not be far fetched to see money being placed else where such as GTL. But no one will know what US Fuel may have accomplished until Finra allows them to trade again.
