here is another annoyance heard for 2 years:

To address this situation and for the benefit of all KMAG shareholders, the Company intends to audit its financial statements for the last two fiscal years and to file a registration statement on Form 10 to become a fully reporting company under the Securities Act of 1934. Once filed, the Form 10 will provide shareholders transparency as to the Company''s financial condition and will allow the Company to verify statements made in its press releases.
