Now in case you're confused, I'll try and simplify this for you. Let's say you need 4 new tires for your car and you insist on having Bob the mechanic install your tires because he is the best at installing tires. Now Bob doesn't sell the Goodyear model that you really want, so you decide to order your Goodyear tires online. They arrive in the mail and you still need someone to do the work and put the tires on for you. So you take the tires to Bob and pay for installation and balancing. Did Bob sell you a product? No, he provided a service. So if Bob was a weed grower and you brought him seeds to grow your weed because you stink at growing your own, Bob would be well within his right to charge you a service fee without breaking any laws. Period. Boom!
