I am suspect of all short data for this exchange. So my answer is "I don't know". If there is any rationality at all to the market, the price of CTIX should either quickly bounce back or at least stabilize well above the previous range.

All I know is that good news is expected in October and my projection is for a $3.50 share price by year-end.
