The Jury is still out. Off my info. we still have about 5 more months to wait until there is a resolution. So with these types of cases, if no charges are files within 9 months, the case can then be said is over or moot. Not the info that I would like to have but the case is still active and that is a realistic time frame of which we have to wait. Who knows what the pps will be by then but if no charges are ever filed, I can see FSPM making their way back. This is not going to be an easy "road" to follow but I think they don't have a case now but we can only wait until time passes and the investigation to get further along in the process for things to get back to normal. This is unusual because federal agencies tend to wrap things up quickly but "something like this" could take a little longer to resolve but "usually" if there are no charges within 9 months, "more than likely" none are coming. That is the jhist of the email I received and talking to parties about this issue and my other research.
