WiLAN Renews Wireless License with Grace Digital

OTTAWA, Canada – September 22, 2014 – Top intellectual property licensing company, WiLAN (TSX:WIN) (NASD:WILN), today announced that the Company and Grace Digital Inc. (“Grace Digital”) have renewed a patent license agreement pursuant to which Grace Digital receives a multi year running royalty license to certain wireless technologies. The consideration to be paid to WiLAN and all other terms of the agreement are confidential.

WiLAN first signed a patent license agreement with Grace Digital in the second quarter of 2008.
