Question for ALL:


What will be a good 10K that is due on Sept 10th ? IMO, we need to see following for a KICKASS 10-K:

1) Although 10K will be covering for the whole year including the last quarter from April to June. 5-7% revenue increase month over month from April to June.
2) Settlement with creditors/debt moving in forward direction.
3) Customer wins and positive future forecast.

What else ?
