IMSC is fully financed though March 2015. There will be no refinancing before that time, IMO, unless and until the share price is a lot higher from an announced TSA contract.

The company has refinanced their credit line with Platinum Group (DMRJ) at least twelve times over the past five years (maybe longer) for continually better terms along the line. I am comfortable with that and expect the same going forward.
