How did that workout? Let me refresh everyone's memory.. it didn't happen because there was NO FRAUD and MISREPRESENTATION.

I encouraged shareholders to file a class action lawsuit for fraud and negligent misrepresentation against the execs and company, but many were still hoping that the stock would rebound.
