With great regret, I have liquidated my ROTH IDCC positions, and placed an order to trim my holdings in a traditional IRA. I am still holding on to my entire holdings in my taxable account because of the significant tax penalty.

I believe strongly that IDCC will be vindicated in its lawsuits. However, I am getting a little leery of what the vindication may bring in terms of royalties.
