Shares of Outerwall (OUTR -3.5%) slip after B Riley tags the stock with a Sell rating.
The investment firm also took its price target down to $47 from $54.
On the other side of the trade, Piper Jaffray is in defense mode.
Piper thinks Outerwall will only face a "slow bleed" of business, instead of the disaster some analysts forecast for the retailer.
Shares are kept at Overweight on the premise they are over-sold.
