I don't think a judge should be allowed to end a stock symbol at whim. Another company may want to use the share structure that is of record at the transfer agency. Hence allowing the shares to trade once again. I still have 20K shares in my Potty (Scottrade) account and was told there is a global lock on the shares. They could not remove them even if they wanted too. So I will just wait until it trades again under a new company structure.
