I am sure they feel confident that the Federal Government will continue to back their play rather than to place a hold on the proceeding until a law suit is filed, which as far as I am concerned is inevitable. No jury would not find these people guilty of fraud pursuant to sworn testimony from shareholders. Being a retired police investigator I do know that the first official of Hollund Marine that comes forward and testifies to events leading up to this fraudulent behavior gets a free walk.
