NOTE: Numbers between () are estimates that must still be confirmed by protocol updates (Italy) or first publishing (France and Romania) or that we cannot know (eg: US and World total centres). We do NOT have a Romanian and French European protocol yet while centres are open and enrolling in those countries. I am not sure why that is, possibly administrations/gov paper pushing delays.

I estimated 7 centres for Ukraine (currently two open) because PPHM uses a lot 7 and 9 centres and Ukraine may currently be a difficult country.

For the remaining 33 European centres I have estimated 16 for Italy, big country and many smokers but tremendous amounts of fine dust as in Greece. And I assigned 20 to France as largest country and 50+Million inhabitants. France is also the country of Sanofi, the makers of Docetaxel with which we combine bavituximab in this clinical trial. I estimated the remaining 3 centres to be Romanian.

We may see some extra centres in Australia and Taiwan but I have no good basis for estimation. We may also still see some extra US sites from the PII which are not in the PIII.

Conclusion
----------
We should at least have 171 centres in total based on missing European centres. Reasonably we could say that will probably become 176 because of Ukraine. Finally it would be no surprise if we end up above 180 and below 200 if the US and World would still see new open centres.
