Actually it is! NWGC is just the new ticker and new name for Boca Bob's scam that was previously New Asia Gold Corp (NWAG).

Same corporation - he just reverse split 1 for 1000, renamed it New WORLD Gold Corp, and applied for the new ticker NWGC.

Just a second rehash of one of Boca Bob's many scamcos - NWAG was supposedly mining 330,000 ounces of gold in Indonesia - as usual with Boca Bob's scams - it mined exactly ZERO ounces of gold.

Boca Bob claimed he was going to do a "buyback" of NWAG shares, instead he gagged the TA and diluted it to dust.

Same exact thing he's doing now with the same renamed company, only now instead of Indonesia, he's claiming nonexistent mining rights in South America and Montana instead.

And as usual, he's claiming a non-existent "buyback", gagged the TA, and is diluting like hell.

Just wait for the crushing R/S and a new name, new ticker, and next time the fictional gold mines will be in Africa.

That's what Boca Bob does. That's all he has ever done. He's never produced a single ounce of gold nor a single medical product. Only shares of stock in his many, many pennystock scams.
