I don't know, should it be??? I just made it up. It's an assumption on average enrollment rate. I don't know if it is fast or slow, but if you look at the graphic, it is faster than PPHM's "planned" enrollment, where they want it completed by end of CY15.

but enrollment only matters in that it will get us to the first look-in. And we don't know where that is either. I would make an educated guess at 100 events. Second look in at 250-300 events.
