A question of if they will be able to bring in enough revenue before the need to greatly increase A/S to accomodate for converted shares, or r/s. And then the question of do they spend that revenue on share buyback at all, or use that revenue for other purposes while letting this group of shareholders get hosed? If Vega doesn't clearly address this concern in the CC with a plan, you know where they stand and it isn't good.
