Obviously there is not any problem with the report, except from your point of view. Otherwise there would be some documentation detailing any problems associated with it. If you believe that it should not be labeled as 43-101 or is not a 43-101 compliant report, by all means contact the BCSC and tell them all about what you believe to be so wrong with it, and tell them Jacques Houle P.Eng is wrong and is doing his job wrong, and be sure to let them know how you would do things better.
