I do not think your post should be deleted. But, often you speculate as if is fact. Then you argue your position based on the fact you think you are righter than others when there is no FACT.

Fact is: (from my last post)

You in fact, do not know if Damaj sold any or all of his interest in APRI. Or even, if he bought more share of APRI on the dip.
(I know about 5% rule for Insiders, but with all moving parts none of us know.)
