Yes, there are other interleukins and/or drugs that increase response rates to PD-1. None of them have a 100% complete response rate in mouse trials (like ONCS), and all of them have SAE's that have drop out rates up to 50% of those treated in trials (usually once a drug is approved drop out rates will increase). That is from my looking at over 20 different studies as of June this year. I have no doubt there are more that have better results, but I have not found it.
For me, I see what ONCS is doing as a gold mine. If the data is in fact solid, then they have what every PD1 maker wants, with no added SAE's.
Not a 100%, but as close to it as a developmental biotech can get.
