"Press $13 Million NSF Grant Establishes a Center of Excellence for Materials Research and Innovation at Yale and Southern Connecticut State University"

"The National Science Foundation has awarded a $13 million grant to Yale University and Southern Connecticut State University to establish a Center of Excellence for Materials Research and Innovation also known as a Materials Research Science and Engineering Center (MRSEC). The award will create a new research entity by doubling the capacity of the existing Center for Research on Interface Structures and Phenomena (CRISP) at Yale.
The Multi-Scale Surface Engineering with Metallic Glasses Interdisciplinary Research Group, led by Yale Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science Jan Schroers, and Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science Udo D. Schwarz, will build upon unique capabilities developed at Yale that allow metals to be formed through simple methods much like those used for plastics."

Let's keep it civil and understand that this is a forum of mostly amateur opinions. I am not here to give advice or argue. The best way to get rid of trolls is by using the ignore feature. And if you don't like what I say feel free to ignore me. Thanx.
