I watched a little of that but wasn't really much interesting to me. I'd have to agree that as long as someone wasn't being totally belligerent in their questioning or asking things they knew were going to not able to answered for legal reasons or to protect industry secrets then all they would have to do is simply say I'm unable to answer that question at the moment. When people have a few thousand dollars invested in a stock they'd like to get answers about the stock and where it's heading and not about vegetable chili or smoke coming from diesel trucks. Those live sessions could be a GREAT tool if they were used correctly and maybe some of management put on their listening ears as well to get ideas from the stockholders. Just my opinion...you're mileage may vary.. :)
