Overlook Nurse, Kathy Montag diagnosed in Decembet 2007. Dr. Michael Gruber as DC Vax Principal Investigator performed her surgery. She received her first DC Vax vaccine in April 2008, and ultimately passed in August 2011, 44 months later, may she rest in peace.
