We all are lacking and it sure is alot of difference regarding contract law/license agreements then general law but I can read and understand what's occured regarding the Pfizer breach the court filings,decision ect.

They not really delays imo this is a legal process thats going to take alot of time dollars to go forward if a settlement is not reached at some point.I suspect that they have been doing discover and hopefully some depositions.

We not going to see either on efile I don't think due to confidentially.


Judge Oing is in no way being shoved around nor would the defense/plantiff make that error.

Not saying the defense has not pushed it to the outer limits regarding there filings open court testimony but it would be suicide to push Oing to far cause he is very experienced judge.

Now that being said I do disagree regarding (We stopped using Ponezumab) and the spanking Oing issued to the defense.

To me that is a outright lie by the defense along with many others that imo have been written in court filings and stated openly in court testimony and it was intended to cause harm to the plantiff with no care in the world about ILNS shareholders.

Bank on this if nothing else Oing is considered God in his courtroom.We could not have gotten a better draw.
