What would be the point ?

I think the A/S has been raised to that preposterous 9 billion shares to accommodate the new Series E preferred shares class.
The Series E class, when converted, converts into 4 times the O/S at the time of conversion.
Basically, whomever owns the Series E class, wipes out the equity of any other PVSP shareholders.
