Unless there is some catalyst to bring volume up this is dead. We need massive volume to blast past the 3's. We need a company update or a PR... Anything!!!
If we buy at the ask all the buyers at 2 will dump for a 50% profit. We have to get through them somehow.

If the company wants to sell shares at a higher price they need to PR or promo... Or just plain manipulate, which very well could happen, which is what I expect. But until that happens people are only going to buy at 3 for a gamble.

If 3's go in a huge flurry it will mean insiders are manipulating it and it's time to buy, but until then...
