The answer to the complaint was as expected. Following the chronological order of events...Canouse has a decent case. Culbreth had converted shares for Canouse upto the reverse split then denied requests afterwards. Which makes most of the "defenses" moot imo. The 'disparaging' comments came after the denial of conversions too.

One thing for sure.. along with paying for AWPC's celebrity parties, a new role of shareholders here will be to sop up the shares being dumped to pay for attorney fees.
