Another lie and hour from Joel on twitter just now.....

SO OTCMarkets were updated by Joel this week showing 4.375 Billion shares outstanding... then he tweets the below just now...... SO basically the float still needs to double before we are done... But then he says 240 Million left only.... so

1. He lied to OTCMarkets about OS

or

2. He is lying about the $240 Million share left.

Which is it Joel?
